Product Description

StemGro® ESS6培养基是一种化学成分明确、无动物源成分的培养基，主要用于人多能干细胞 (PSC) 的自发或定向分化以及体细胞重编程为人诱导多能干细胞（PSC）。

StemGro® ESS6培养基仅包含干细胞培养所需的基本组分，不含bFGF和TGFβ，配方精简有助于减少批间差异，同时提供了用户灵活性的选择，即允许调节 TGFβ 和 bFGF 水平，并可添加其他组分来匹配给定的应用。ESS6培养基主要用于PSC的分化与体细胞的重编程，如要用于PSC的干性维持及扩增，请使用乐冠官网的StemGro® ESS8培养基或StemGro® TeSR培养基。

StemGro® ESS6培养基的主要应用：

PSC的分化

ESS6培养基不含 bFGF 或 TGFβ，可以支持拟胚体的形成，也可作为内胚层、中胚层和外胚层谱系中各种细胞类型定向分化的基础。

体细胞的重编程

ESS6培养基添加bFGF后，可用于明确且不含滋养层的体细胞重编程。ESS6可以兼容多种方法进行体细胞重编程，包括游离基因载体和仙台病毒。
