Product Description

LymGro® NK Cell Serum-Free Medium is specifically designed for the in vitro induction and expansion of NK cells from human peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood. The medium formulation is free of animal-derived components. By adding corresponding cytokines (such as IL-2, IL-15, etc.) or co-culturing with feeder cells (e.g., K562-mbIL15), NK cells can be efficiently and rapidly activated and expanded. Under serum-free conditions, this product can already achieve good results. If needed, autologous plasma or AB serum can be appropriately supplemented, which may yield even better performance.
This product is prepared using Water for Injection (WFI).
