AmnioGro® 细胞培养基主要用于人类羊水细胞和绒毛膜绒毛样本的体外培养，适用于产前诊断。本产品为完全培养基，含有胎牛血清、庆大霉素和L-谷氨酰胺，优化了缓冲体系以增强的pH稳定性，可提高细胞的粘附和生长速率，并提供了丰富的中期细胞产量。
