Product Description

GS系统使用谷氨酰胺合成酶 (GS) 基因作为在哺乳动物细胞, 特别是NS0和CHO细胞中重组蛋白表达的选择性标记物。该系统已经显示在构建细胞系方面的筛选速度和效率上的显著优势，并可获得很高的抗体和其他重组蛋白的产率。

用GS基因转染的细胞系可通过它们在在无谷氨酰胺培养基中生长的能力来筛选。可用无谷氨酰胺的DMEM、GMEM和IMDM培养使用GS表达系统的NS0和CHO细胞。细胞在这些培养基中培养时需要补充GS添加剂（一些氨基酸和核苷的混合物）和透析的胎牛血清。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。
